Henry and Wilhelmina had their first child together, Catherine (Kate).  Ten more children would follow between 1883 and 1892, however six died in infancy.

In April 1900 P. Henry was a farmer in the town of Ashwaubenon living with all of his & Wilhelmia's children with the exception of Mary who was living with her husband John Verhaagh (or Verhaag)  On September 29, 1909 P. Henry Linders died in Ashwaubenon at the age of 73 due to carcinoma of the face.  He was buried in Mount Calvary Cemetery in DePere, Wisconsin on October 2, 1909.  Wilhelmina died three months later on December 30, 1909 after which 24 year old Peter and 17 year old Hattie moved in with Kate Linders and her husband Joe Wilmet on their farm in Ashwaubenon.
